Happy to add to the growing collection of 5 star reviews. My son's Ford Focus had a tire go flat; I discover a nail in it but also a rubbed tire wall with a small chuck out of it. I called the shop in the morning and had them order a new tire for me. It was in before noon. They looked at the tire I was prepared to discard and said let me take a look at this. I think you're gonna be fine just plugging it"". In the end he assured me the sidewall was cosmetic, the nail hole was repaired and my charge was $20 in lieu of the $143 I was totally prepared to pay. Happy to have started a relationship with locally owned, honest business. Thanks again team, Cheers.
They're very knowledgeable and helpful. I had temporary patch plugs installed as I had couple of nails in both my tires. I took it out to Discount Tire only to be told that these tires cannot be patched as someone has already installed the plugs and that I have to purchase new tires. Almost fell for their trap but decided to call Bagwell Mathis for a 2nd opinion. As soon as I got here, they looked at the vehicle and patched the tires permanently. If not for these guys, I would have ended up spending a fortune on new tires. These guys know what they are doing. Definitely recommend them for all your tire needs.
Highly recommend! Great prices & service!! They always beat the price of every other tire store. They do not have hidden charges like other places - other places wanted to charge a tire disposal fee for the old tires and extra for balancing the tires. The guys at Bagwell & Mathis do not have all these extra fees. They are honest, the tires installation well done and the tires are good quality. They also stand behind their products. Will always come back to them!
It’s rare to find a car maintenance business (or any business really) that truly cares about its customers and doesn’t overcharge. I consistently get the best deal on tires at Bagwell Mathis and they are very quick too. Thank you!!
